Hi all I have been scrouring the Net includeing these forums and cant seem to find what i need.

I have a Nokia 3595 its for cingular. When i turn the phone on it says Phone Restricted, with a red stop sign..Upon hitting the undo button it says Enter Restriction Code.. What is that about ?? any help would RULE!!!
