Hi, I have some torrents posted on my site but I'm not certain everyone is able to download them. I am currently seeding the torrents and see some upload activity so I know some people can get them... but I can see far more downloads of the torrent files in my web logs than actual people dl'ing the actual content files via BT.

It could just be that people click the link on the site, get the torrent file and don't have a BT client so they wonder what the heck they've downloaded and then give up (I do explain about BT on the site but I guess some people won't be bothered to read it). More worrying is that people who have a BT client get the torrent file and then can't get the download because of some problem with my set up - i.e. they can't access my seed file.

So my question is, how can I test the availability of my seeded files?

Note: I only have one public IP so I can't set up a separate system and try to DL to that.

Alternative question, can a few people try to DL the files from the site and post any comments? (If you do this you must be over 18; site contains adult content).
