I am using DVD Shrink 3.2 and Record now DX to make the DVD's. I have had problems with any disk of 8X or more.I either come up with errors or they skip when they play.What can I do about this?

Use quality media (Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Maxell, Fuji, Ritek).
Don't burn over 4X speed.
Make sure your burner has the latest firmware.
