VOBrator Error....... Error Rendering Graphics

Wow...this is wierd. Have been using VOBrator successfully to look at all the VOBid's. Now, everytime I try to use it, when I select Play on an id, it gives me that error message. I deleted and unzipped it again....only to get same message.
Anyone have a clue??? Is there some system setting that I did to screw up VOBrators operation??? Aaaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!!

I read somewhere that Vobrator is not very stable in Windows 98 or 2000. What are you running?

video card in and it seems to be working okay.
