Ive just downloaded some videos of the net but if I burn them as a VCD or convert them as a MPEG or AVI I get a little freezing as well as fuzzy squares every so often.But I dont have any probs decrypting/encoding a DVD.Anyone know whats going on.Thanks for your help guys.

Crappy quality captures -- the reason why I avoid downloading anything from the Net. Either that or in some phase, there has been some problems in transferring the file, but probably just the quality issues. (most of the latest movies are _not_ ripped from DVDs)
