NVE 3 - edit movie - cut/split problem

Hi,
I'm using NVE 3.1.0.16 on WinXp SP2.

When I insert 2 or more titles (mpeg files) & cut-out (tried also with split) part of the title (between title 1 & 2...) everything works fine in NVE edit mode preview, but when I record dvd or export movie cut-out parts are still there!

If I cut something at the beginning or the end of the title everything works fine, but cut between titles doesn't work.
