Hey guys

Im sure everyones getting sick of the slow bit torrent threads lol

Believe it or not.. ive read tons of them here and nothing seems to work for me.

I Cant seem to get out of the 15kbps range. I just recently reformated my computer, and before that, i was getting 150-300kbps in azereus, but after the format.. im getting ubberslow speeds.

Im connected direct to my cable modem.. XP firewall is turned off. Im on port 51415 which is apperently open.

what could my problem be, the smiley face is sometimes blue, sometimes green, but even when its green my DL speeds are still slow.

my uploads are usually 30-50kbs, and are set to unlimited.
I have a 10mbs internet connection.

Hopefully i gave enough info guys. Any thoughts as to what the problem could be ?
