I just bought a PSP and NFSU: Rivals and wanted to make a backup of it, but the whole mem card-iso thing seemed too expensive and complicated to me, so then I saw this website (it is 100% legal, you even have to agree to the terms and conditions before you enter, so don't ban me for piracy please). How do they make backups on umd of the games? There is not much info about them or how to make them work on a PSP (I know its on a disc because thats what it says under description), so I thought somebody here might know about it. Help? Thanks in advance.

It looks like they're sending you a dvd with the iso of the game on it, so you would still have to load it onto your memory stick. And regardless of whatever disclaimer they have, I'm sure it isn't legal and odds are they'll be shut down sooner or later.

You were right about the DVD ISO thing A.Beast, and your were right about the UMD emulator thing, libenja. I emailed the guy and he told me he sends the .iso on a DVD and he even sent me easy instructions on uploading it onto my PSP.
