Nokia 3230 connection problem

My boyfriend's Nokia 3230 keeps asking for drivers whenever I try to connect it via a cable(and yes it's a DKU 2). I installed the latested version of PC Suite but it was no helps, tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but no to avail! My older Nokia works fine on the comp so I'm wondering if anyone else has had these problems. Basically the drivers are supposed to come and be installed with the program. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
