I need help to unlock my new 6230i, details are:

IMEI : 357065007395827
Orange UK
Nokia 6230i

I've tried the NokiaFree codes for 6230, but they don't work.

Any help?

Every code unlocks a certain lock. Code number 7 usually unlocks them all but some phones are 'buggy' and will not accept code 7 at first then use code 1.

Usually you only have to use code 1 or code 7.

#pw+xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx+1#

1. Press ( # ) on your phone
2. To get ( p ) press ( * ) 3 times within 1sec
3. To get ( w ) press ( * ) 4 times within 1sec
4. To get ( + ) press ( * ) 2 times within1sec
5. Enter the 15 digit code
6. To get ( + ) press ( * ) 2 times within 1sec
7. Enter code number
8. Press ( # ) on your phone

Now your phone is unlocked!

Thanks, that worked straight away. What software are you using with the 6230i alogorithm?

I couldn't find it. Stands to reason it'd be updated between 6230 and 6230i
