Nero MPEG2 -DVD Format Converter

Downloaded the Nero.Mega.Plugin.Pack.msi from the Nero site and it's advertized that it allows MPEG2 to DVD conversions. I installed the plug-in but can't figure out how to use it. Have a number of mpeg2 files that I've captured, but when I try to bring them into Nero, it comes back that no video is available. I know that the files contain the video as I've made DVDs from the file using another program. Anone have any ideas what should be done to implement this plug-in, or better yet, how to use Nero when the plugin is installed? Thank you
