A couple weeks ago I upgraded my nero 6 oem ..to an ultra....on line ..with the understanding that by upgradeing then ....I was also purchaseing the new nero ultra 7 too....the online add where i purchased sure lead me to beleive that...and yes it was the nero web site....they sent me a down loadable serial for my nero 6 ultra...still have the email....went online at nero and reg. with my nero to insure that i would get my nero 7 serial....been trying to find out now for a couple days weater i was ever going to get ny new serial....just checked ....the my nero on nero home...tells me I am denied...not an on line version....

can somebody that works for nero explain to me what the deal is....
before i call my bank and report the transaction to the credit card as a fraud ....and ....

would be nice to be able totalk to the company or the on line store by phone and get this straightened out....i do like your software...but starting to think maybe useing other...like maybe cyberlink pro.....

fo the life of me i can not understand how that by me upgradeing my oem version on line and through the nero website....and then they want to tell me that the serial they sent to me is not an online version.....
