PSP help please to update firmware after downgrading to 1.5

Help please

I used the download program to downgrade my psp from version 2.0 to 1.5 to play homebrew apps, now i would like to play gta and upgrade back to version 2.0 the problem is my psp wont let me, i have burnout and have managed to upgrade to version 1.52 but when tring to upgrade to version 2.0 using either gta version 2.0, the 2.0 update disk that came with the psp or downloaded firmware 2.0 from the web there is no confimation button to upgrade, the upgrade loads with a blank screen with the o and x button displayed, i can press x to the nxt screen again with no txt on the display, press right 3 times to scroll through the screens but then there is only o button on the display, i have tryed pressing all the buttons on the psp to try and start the update but nothing happens :o( has anyone else had this problem???

Just read fox-aj post, reset psp to default settings,
all working ok :o)

k, if you have EVER used anything that writes to flash, eg fastloader, umd emulator, luaplayer, etc. this will happen. Don't woory, it is t3h reversible and teh harmless. just reset default settings. hope that helped j00.
