Is it possible to make custom music tracks for Burnout?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way in which it might be possible to create a custom soundtrack for Burnout Legends on the PSP. Are there any hacks like that, or is it possible to format your own music into the same that the game uses and replace those audio tracks with your own? If such a hack exists it would be great for Burnout and SSX as well.
