Does anyone know how to extract the "audio only" and convert to mp3 or cda from a concert dvd?

I'd use DGIndex to Demux the audio from the VOB files. Depending on the type of audio you have there are different tools that may do the conversion for you. I'd recommend looking into BeSweet (http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/audio_tools/besw...) with either BeSweetGUI(http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/audio_tools/besw...) or BeLight(http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/audio_tools/beli...) for the conversion.

If you want to split the audio by song ahead of time you could use DVD Shrink's reauthor mode to do it. Just add the title multiple times and edit the start and end frames to where you want each track to begin and end. That will give you 1 VOB file for each song.
