Below is the log. (I deleted the serial number, even though I still don?t know why that?s important). I posted before on this subject http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/1/240783 , took the advice, and I still wasn?t able to get the burner to work.

Do I need to buy a new burner? It's a shame if I do. I lost the receipt and I didn?t use this one much.

pls copy this log into your oustanding thread; it's best to keep the problem contained to one thread until completion. spreading the problem across threads makes it longer to fix the problem and makes it harder for ppl to help you.

i've requested this one be closed. will look at the log in the meantime
