I have successfully downgraded my PSP to version 1.5 (no Problems).
But when i copy and paste my games into the game folder in the PSP games directory or my movies converting to MP4 in the MP root file they are in the memory but the PSP does not play or recognise them.
I have downloaded clips from PSP connect successfully and they play no probs.
Can anyone please help and advise what i am doing wrong.

well, u see, you need a umd emulator, such as one found at psp-hacks.com, and with that u follow the instructions. then you also need 2 files in the root of ur memory stick, they have to be called ISO and ISOMISC. iso is where u put the games u have in, but the games must be in iso format. i recommend you read the forums more thoroughly before you go on. you should read the "fastloader and iso" post. by any chance, the games your trying to put on your psp, are they iso's? like did you *COUGH COUGH* download dem...illegally...? or use backups of a previous game you had?

thanks for the info but where do i put the mp4 movie files to get them to play.i have created the mp-root file and the 100mnv01 inside that,but when i copy and paste my mp4 file the message is no video file.

make sure 100mnv01 is in capitals lol. hmm, are you using a converter? i recommend 3gp converter, its the best one i know of. you do know you paste the mp4 videos in side 100MNV01 right?i remember how sometimes the movies and what not that i had wanted to play and place on my psp didnt work, sometimes its the file, but i dont exactly know the reasons..

i recomend you try using a few other files first, then see if any of them actualy work
