hi all bought a ps about 4 days ago (eb games australia) and took it back due to 3 dead pixels

heard they were sh*t so i found one on the internet

claiming that it can run 98% of world wide games and is region free for umd's aswell is this true i also heard there are 2 variations on the screen (i've heard the white psp is a cheaper Jap/Chinese region only model hence why we never got them ther screen is meant to be the "sharp" medel

is there a chip to hack to run all regions or is this a cheap hack
