hello, i have backed up some of my games as iso files, im a bit confused about things at the moment.do fastloader and umd emulator do the same thing or do i need umd emulator and fastloader both to play my iso's.

can someone give me a step by step guide to playing these iso's in simple terms

Use your fastloader and put any actual in PSP. It will load IOS
