DOWNGRADING PROBLEMS..PLEASE HELP !

Hey, could someone PLEASE help me downgrade, i have the downgrader and the firmware 1.5 eboot file, Now, i can succesfully downgrade my psp to think its in version 1.00, after that, i put my version 1.5 EBOOT file into the GAME/UPDATE file and i check on my psp and it can read it, it says upgrade to ver 1.5, so i have put the eboot file in the right file and the psp knows what it is, but when i click on the upgrade button it stalls for a few secs and says " The update cannot be started.The data is corrupted". Why is it doing this ? And its not the eboot file, because ive also downloaded the v2.00 update just to check if i can update, and i cant, it produces the same messege " The update cannot be started.The data is corrupted" !!! Does anyone have any solutions, thanks !

I think you may have gotten a corrupted Eboot file, where did you get it from?

No, it is not ! I have downloaded from about 5 differant locations and have had the same result EVERY time ! Is this normal ?
