Is it better to let DVD Shrink burn with DVD Decryptor's burner and create an ISO file or let Nero due it? People have said to use DVD Decryptor for DL burns and use the ISO mode if you want a perfect disc backup since Nero appears to have a problem with the layer change on a Dual Layer burn. I guess my question is why use Nero when DVD Decryptor burner side will do both jobs. Is there something that Nero is better at if your just talking backing up DVD's? This is a great website and any help would be great.
do a search on a piece of software called imgburn , its made by the same fella who made decrypter, so its basically an updated ,free decryter burn engine , i have used it several times with no problems
I usually don't burn w/ decrypt unless I ripped w/ it too. decrypt is more suited to burn dual layers, it handles the layer break better than other. But I prefer to use Nero for everything else, if you bought why not use it. And Nero has that underbuffer thing, which is suppose to be better for mulit-tasking while you burn, but it's not foolproof so I've been advised against multitasking while I burn regardless of underbuffer or no underbuffer.
