i am in collage and live in a block of apartments.each room has a broadband connection and the router is down in the main office.its a 10 meg line.There are about 4 other people in the place that use P2P to download.but it was slowing down the broadband connection.now the owner of the apartments has blocked all downloads.no P2P programs work.i dont know what program is being used to block downloads.does anyone know a way to fix this problom?
