Ok my local library offers access to there wi-fi network if you have a wi-fi card or apdapter on your laptop. But many sites are prohibted such as: P2P,certain newsgroups and other similar programs. I want to use there network to download files. How do I by pass such limitations? Also I know very little about acessing a wi-fi network. Can I just purchase a usb2.0 wi-fi apdapter and access the libraries network?
