Can someone please tell me how to remove the wavy lines in the background with the psp wallpapers. I have read a forum about it at PSP Hacks but still don't know how to actually go about doing it.
Any help please!

you need to edit a binary code in the firmware. I dont exactly know which tho.

From the website PSP Hacks it states

How do I open this file and is it safe to change this. Any help please!!
