Ok i plan on getting the Asus P5ND2-SLI Deluxe and one of the features is the sli ready. Does this mean i need to get 2 graphic cards or is it just a option to get 2.

Yes, you can use 1 PCI-e card... Then when you want to get another one of the same then you can utilize the SLi : )
