Various unwanted language and burn error problems!?

No matter how many times I uninstall and re-install nero or even different versions of the software I have been having problems burning and during the install it seems to install in other languages ie., spanish, german and other unknown languages! What the hell is going on here? Getting tired of making coasters and f'd up movies. :) Thanks in advance for any advice!
