Serial ATA RAID Support comes on the mobo of the Asus P5ND2-SLI Deluxe , wat exactly do i use this for?

You use the SATA ports for SATA hard drives.... You can also use RAID with the SATA ports..

For an example (simplified)..
You could have 2x SATA Hard Drives and have them as RAID-0 (or stripe) for faster data transfers. RAID-0 joins 2 Hard Discs together to make one large drive (eg. 2x 160gb SATA drives would = 320Gb as a C:\ drive)...
