Okay, I don't know if this is legal, but I am sure it is possible, I just don't know how to do it.

Here's my situation:
I have all of my music plus most of all of my friend's music on one of my old computers that I am thinking of setting this up for. What I want to do is set up a website where they can stream music from my HD to their computer and, if they have the password, they can log in and download the music (only the stuff that is there's ;) ) from this website via FTP or something like that.

If anyone knows of a program that can manage this I will be very happy. So far my options are to learn more PHP or something and make it myself, which I don't feel like doing...

So any comments are appreciated thanks.
