You can not downgrade to v1.0 as there was never a v1.0 Eboot.pbp File. Reason beeing, that v1.0 was the stock Japanese PSP? version. Thuss no need to update to v1.0. So Downgradeing to v1.0 would likely Brick your PSP?.

On a lighter note you should be able to downgrade your PSP? to v1.50, which can also play *.ISO's and Homebrew. You should try googling for the MPH Downgrader, for the File(s). Running this on a v2.0 will trick your PSP? into 'thinking' it's a v1.00 again. Sadly it will not act like one though, as the PSP is still very much a v2.0.

But, once the PSP? 'thinks' it's a v1.0 it'll allow you to 'update' to v1.50 or in this case to downgrade to it. In the course of your attemp to downgrad you should have to reset your PSP? no lees then Three times. Once after, you run the overflow.tif File from the Photos Menu on the XMB. The second is optional, it'll happen once you start to 'update' the v1.50 Eboot.pbp File and it get's to 99%. It'll either give you the error and reboot itself, or you'll have to reset it yourself. When you then turn your PSP back on you'll recive a message about your Settings beeing corrupted. just Press the 'O' Button to reboot it again...

And welcome to v1.50 for the time beeing!

You can get the MPH downgrader from psp-hacks.com and then go to psphacking101.com and down their Episide 5 video which shows you visually how to downgrade.
