i downloaded the 2.00 US firmware update from psp-hacks.com and i want to update so i can get the web browser and use the 2.00 firmware app loader. i make an UPDATE(all caps) folder in my PSP>GAME directory. then i goto my games section on the psp and you see a 2.00 firmware update and a blue logo. i start it and it loads up but there is no text and you cant do anything but exit back out. i remeber seeing text before, whats wrong?

All you have to do is go to Settings then System Settings then Resore Default Settings. After restoring the default settings you will see the text:)
