PSP MPG4 WONT CONVERT

ok here it goes. i have a 2 gig mem stick, i ripped the main movie of a japanese dvd to my hd using dvd shrink. idk about you but i dont speak japanese so i need subtitles. i used psp video9 to convert the movie and it looks beatuiful and came out 900 megs total.
that still leaves the subtitle problem, and its in IFO format. i tried using virtual dub mod to add the subtitles but it only reads stuff like .AVI. so now my question is how do i add IFO subtitles to an MPG4 video file? thanks alot

what dvd ripper you using?

EDIT: oh yea DVD shrink. Well try another ripper that allows you to add subtitles automatically.

Or download a pre-ripped XXXXXXX.MP4 if you can.

what kinda ripper? ive used DVD Decrypter and dvd shrink

maybe my settings are wrong? if im not mistaken i think ur saying i can rip a dvd to a VOB and automatically like merge the ifo subtitles into that one VOB file???
