Well dRD and the Admins own the forums, The mods keep it smooth, but it is `run` by us. Those of us who spend lots of freetime here to help even if we aren't obligated.
2 days is not a long time at all. I just replied to someone who had posted origionally on October 22nd - I got nothing but thanks for it. Sometimes only a few people here can answer your question, and you just have to wait for them to stumble accross it.

for someone who is expecting FREE help on his/her problem, it is pretty rude to criticize this forum's users and admin.
people come here and offer support and help for free on their spare time...so don't bitch because your thread didn't get replied to. If it has been a day or two, reply to your own thread and type "bump" to bring it back to the top.

My wife finally unlocked the closet door and let me out :).
Hey notice I got a new cpu? new video card had to wait (wife wanted hair cut, hair color, new shoes and new bras lol). But it's nice in CounterStrike I'm getting 50-100 more fps. went from 50-100 to getting 140-200 :)
