How can i predict if i know i will need a cpu cooler, are there ne rules or guidlines to when u should get one im getting a Asus P5ND2-SLI Deluxe with Intel Pentium D Processor 830 3.0GHz

You WILL need a CPU cooler or you WILL fry your CPU. I don't know where you are getting your CPU but a heatsink and fan should come with it. Take a look at newegg.com. The Pentiun D's are sold with an Intel approved heatsink and fan.


Government big enough to supply everything you need is powerful enough to take everything you have.
