Hi All,
I have just purchased serial number for Nero 7 and have installed software from Nero.com.
When I start it I get a message detected unlicensed usage and I can put my serial number in a box but when I do it says this number already installed and cannot be entered twice have contacted nero but nothing from them yet. I think the problem may be due to an illegal copy of Nero was on this PC when I bought it.
Any help would be appreciated.

have you tried using Nero's Clean Tools?

also I wouldn't think that would matter, if you've got a legit serial it should work. I would stay on Nero ... email the crap out of em.

Thanks for taking time to reply, I have tried the clean tool but still no joy.My mate has Nero 7 running and it does look good.
I will send another email and hope they reply.
