sry guys this must b a very stupid question but none the less for backing up psp games do i need at least 1gb mem. stick?

No, for most games you do not need a 1 gig stick, but if you wish to run multiple isos, then you need a bigger stick. I would recommend a 256mb or even better a 512mb if you do not want to pay for a 1 gig. For example Untold Legends is 364mb, and NFSU Rivals is 191mb, so you need a decent sized card.

However you can always rip some of the content out of the isos, such as music or videos to make the iso smaller.
