Hey! I don't know what to set my upload speed to. I've had it set at 25kb/s and my max upload is 45kb/s. I want to get the best possible speeds. Thank you

I'm using Azureus 2.3.0.4
And I have Comcast HSI

I personally believe to reach optimum speeds, you should set your upload speeds at about 80% of your download speeds, so in your case, about 36kb/s

you have comcast,i do to,upload speed is at in my area 419kbs
