I um formatted my stick memory thing cause i read on here i should if i couldn't get my pc to read my psp well i formated it and it cleared the stuff that used to be on there like the psp system thing and so i was wondering if i screwed up my memory stick or if this is fixable????!!!!! help please

I had the same problem. I had to use my pc card reader to format my memory stick before the PC would find my PSP. All working fine now though.

Your memory stick is fine. It just doesn't have any data on it now. Formatting erases any data on the drive. It doesn't do any harm to the drive.
