is there any program or software that u can compile a audio cd, mp3 or dvd and make it unable to be burned over by anyone else. Unbrunable?

Well using a Cd-R rather than a Cd-RW will ensure that the data is not removed from the disk.

There are in fact ways to copy protect a cd. Im not sure which programs let you do it though.

I think Nero can put some kind of copy protection on the disc. However Nero is very popular so i would say the protection is easy to get around. Corporations spend billions making there discs protected and most of them get cracked, so i dont think something any joe blow can burn will be any different.

I could be wrong but thats my opinion.
Whats everyone else's opinion?

Somehow doubt that. Companies do put alot of time and effort into making protections tough as possible but there's someone who always gets round it.

Just make copy protected WMA or Mp4 files. Its the only real way. Raw CD data can't be protected because no protection is built-in to the CD specification.
