first of all you need to be familiar with these apps
Umd Emulator http://www.psp-hacks.com/downloads/UMD_Emulator_V0.8C.zip
Fire up Browser http://www.psp-hacks.com/downloads/Fried_Up_Browser.rar
mirkov4-1.1 Small remote server http://astalavista.com/index.php?section=directory&cmd=detail&id=5232


Now that i imagen that you downloaded those files lets begin:

after you have the UMD Emulator and the fire up browser running on you psp.
run the mirkov4-1.1 on your pc after you have running you mirkov turn on your psp and load UMD emulator run the Fire up Browser
in the address bar put you Ip followed by the port number and press go Example http://192.168.1.28:7887 *and no thats not my ip* Always follow you ip by the port number in this case its :7887
well this is a brief explaination i hope its helps someone
