Im using Rebuilder v1.00 RC5.1 and Dynamically Assign Cell Bitrates is not in the "Mode" drop down, as it shows in the "High Quality DVD-9 Backups With DVD Rebuilder" guide. Is that option available in the version I'm using?

Say, why aren't you using the newest version of RB. You say you have an RC so you MUST be a VIP. :rolleyes:
