do i need the 1.5 version so the emulators can work ?, and also whats so good of version 1.5 what ealse can u do instead of emulators?

The emulators are suck. The best of downgrading PSP to v1.50 is to play ISOs, to back up your PSP games, to save MONEY.

dude, emus dont suck its just your opinion.

Only firmware 1.00 and 1.50 can have homebrew. anything above 1.51 is phuxx0red. However you can downgrade from 2.00 to 1.50.

HOMEBREW r0x0r!!!

All the features in 2.00 suck, as you can get em all in Homebrew, like webbrowsing. But it you have GTA, it seems that you dont wanna downgrade, as youll muss it. But...

HOMEBREW:

Emulators: Play ROMS like SNES, GBA, Genesis, etc.
Home-made games: like shoot the piggy!
Apps: webbrowsers, media players, OS SHells...
ISO LOADING: Play *cough* pir8 *cough* games, downloaded from net to your Mem Stick.
