You can get *crap* HB and a *notentirelyworking* EBOOT loader for 2.00. But it's best to downgrade from 2.00 to 1.50 and enjoy HB. All the faetures in 2.00 suck, theyre found in HB. However ig you have GTA you might not wanna doWngrade coz youll miss your GTA. Well...
