i've converted my movies into mpeg-4 format with pq dvd to ipod video converter(video 15fps , 1604 kbps ; audio 128 kbps)

but when i trie to add my 'bigger' movies (+-20min) to itunes, nothing happens.
the files won't appear in my list!

can anyone help me with this? ive tried apple support but i couldnt find anything...
