Export video to PSP from QuickTime Pro?

Does anyone know how to export video from QT Pro to PSP? I couldn't find a setting which works.

Please don't recommend other software. I need to know about QT Pro.

Why not just use PSPVideo9? Its free, and extremely simple.

I have Quicktime Pro, and the only thing I can think of is taking the file and doing "Save As", but even that just makes a .movie. So, I have no idea. Take the easy route and use a good program, instead of being stubborn.
