I am new to this video transfer process and I am having a difficult time figuring out what I would need in order to make this process take place. I purchased a LiteOn DVD Burner (including Nero Express 6 and PowerDVD) and a high speed port in order to aid in this process, but I am not sure what other Hardware or Software I would need. I don't know if I need to purchase a Plextor ConvertX PX-AV100U Digital Video Converter (or something of this sort) in order to make this objective a reality. I would greatly appreciate your help. Here are some of my system specs:

Windows XP Pro
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1300MHz
1.30GHz, 128 MB of RAM
