How activate Bleutooth or infra connection in PSP ?

HI, can somone explain me hwo activate the BT connection in PSP , and it is possible to receive file from other equipement with BT connection ( like phone ) , if yes hwo ?
INFRA connection work with PC or phone ?
i sale PSP and i need many solution for PSP ;)
it is a best forum talk abput PSP.

PSP DOesn't have bluetooth. PSP has WiFI (WLAN) and IRda (infrared).

To activate WLAN slide the WLAN SWITCH on the left side of the PSP adjacent to the power switch UP.

IR is automatic when you enter "recieve image" etc.

Thx to reply me , yes PSP dont have BT connection .

But it is possible to receive MP3 file via infra .

When i go picture and click on receive , PSP cant receive!!!

and my phone ( K700 ) say failed to send !

what i can do .
