No Anything About RiverPast?
A while back I downloaded the RiverPast Screen Recorder and tried it for a while. Last night I decided to purchase it. I paid the $39.95 and waited for the Activation Key. IT NEVER CAME!! I Emailed them three times asking for an explanation and never received a reply. On the order confirmation where the words: "Your activation keys are displayed below."
However, there weren't any activation keys. I clicked on their "Did you lose your Key?" and filled that out. Nothing came.
I see other people talking about using RiverPast products but I have to ask: Is it a scam?

there are better pograms out there.One from techsmith is camtasia studio.The program is a bit pricey but there is an off shoot one called snagit, which is a screen capture tool.

o i should point out there is a trial version available for you try and they do secure web transfers.There help desk is very good and prompt emails are part of there service.
If you want to see email them and ask them about there products and see how long it takes them to email you back
consider this as an excellent tool
