Ok I have this movie and I attempted to use my normal system of dvd shrink with anydvd and burning on the fly. However after Shrink analysed the dvd I was saddend to discover that there was too much to fit onto a regular 4.7 dvd. No problem I thought I just turned on my laptop which has a dual layer burner and ran dvd decrypter to get all the files and burn them with nero. Well I came up with mixed results. First off only certain dvd players will play the disk, even though the one player that won't play the disk, will play regular burnt disks (I chalk that up to a compatibility issue...no big deal at least A dvd player in the house will play it). And secondly when I put it into the dvd player that will play it it skips in certain spots. Any ideas why this is or are my players just not up to the dual layer disk?

Although I really like and use Nero, with DVD Shrink, whenever I use DVD Decrypter, with DL discs, I also burn with Decrypter. All my DL discs have burned very well.
I think Decrypter will burn Decrypter files better than Nero................
Give it a try.

Thanks for clearing that up, I'll try it when I get home from work.
However once I was done ripping with DVD Decrypter I checked to see if I could burn with it and didnt see anything (other than ISO) to use. Maybe I missed it, it wouldnt be the first time I'll double check when I get home.

Yeah you can also rip to file too. But since you just copying dl to dl..iso is fine.
For future reference if you go to mode....then check file.....DVD Decrypter will burn to file instead of iso.

Hope that helps:>
