Does anyone here know if a lit on 1693s can burn verbatim dl discs? I know it can burn dl, but can it do it with these particular discs. Most current firmware from lite on site is installed, but it makes no mention of what brands its programmed to burn. Thanks...:>

yes, i burn Verbatim DVD+R DL ALL THE TIME with my Liteon 1693S, so, to answer your question simply, YES IT DOES or YES IT WILL~ :) good luck~

i suggest DVD Decrypter ISO READ----> ISO WRITE~ :)

TY kivory...appreciate it. I just wanted to make sure before i ordered off of newegg. Ya know the manufacter of burners should put out a list of what brands they recognize and are programmed to burn..lol.:>
