How do I rip a UMD into ISO?

So how exactly do I take a UMD and make an ISO to play off my memory stick? And how do I remove dummy data from the ISO if it's too big and not lose any part of the game?

I tried out Fastloader, but it still dupmps it straight to the memory stick. It does support splitting it into parts if the file is bigger than the stick, but I can't get the parts back together. Fastloader was zipped with a program called "concat.exe" which is used to join files, but it only seems to be able to join text files. I even tried renaming the split UMD files to text files in DOS and it won't join them.

Hey, how could i rip my umds so that they could be iso files also. I have umd emulator but i need iso files. I only have 28mb left. can i get a iso game? If so then how
